There are literally thousands of blogs, full-fledged websites, books, articles and courses about making money online with a website. Millions of words have been written explaining how to turn a profit with a blog or site.
When writing your posts you always want to present valuable information to your readers while at the same time you want to satisfy the search engines for a certain keyword. Many blog posts are a personal opinion written from the heart, so sometimes that’s a dilemma. Here’s a little trick I use.
blogs ARE MAGNETS FOR SEARCH ENGINES: Go on, get on to Google and, whatever topic you search, you’ll inevitably see that the search engines have thrown up a number of Blogs in the top ten results. This is because Follow me are constantly showing fresh, new and key word friendly content just like your web pages should; that’s a Blog’s very reason for being. Imagine the value to you of having your own Blog pop in the top end of search results. The ubiquitous search engines clamor to highlight fresh, appropriate content – they love it. Constantly re-newed and freshened Blogs leave stale, ageing (and rarely updated) web sites for dead.
I kept hearing about blogs, those personal websites that are published on the Web. As you probably know, online blogs contain philosophical reflections, talk about social issues, and opinions about everything under the sun. They are usually presented in journal style with a new entry each day, or almost every day.
Keep everyone informed. This is actually the easiest part when it comes to your online reputation. Most online review sites will allow you to take ownership of your review page so that you can receive email alerts whenever something changes. Make sure all the decision makers get copied on these alerts immediately, it will bring a lot of urgency to the process. And when changes or communication is made, cc the decision makers again so they know what’s going on. The worst thing that can happen is the owner get a call and not be prepared for it.
Connecting bloggers with marketers is often done through the intervention of online communities. These online communities serve as an arena for bloggers to advertise their works.
This will be now your springboard to invite them in your site. As you do, give them compelling offers to entice them. It could be free ebooks, short reports, or free downloads. More to the enticement that you inflict to them is you are starting to get their trust. With this, you build relationships. This will help you build your list!
