Dating as a mature woman can be quite daunting simply because you know more than you did when you were 20 and you find yourself becoming very picky. You want to attract a man but you want a certain type of man. The thing is your goals and ambitions are totally different from when you were dating in your twenties and so you need a man that shares the same values and aspirations as you do. The only problem is knowing where in the world of mature dating can a woman find a particular type of man.
State clearly in your love football who you are looking for and the qualities that they should possess. If you are looking for a single 22-28 yr old college educated female with no kids and good christian values, then say so. Otherwise you may be contacted by older, party-goer women with kids who don’t share you religious beliefs; a waste of both your time.
If you enjoy your work and get a lot of pleasure from doing what you do, chances are you don’t mind putting in the extra hours or even working evenings and at weekends. You may consider “extra work” as part and parcel of your job.
But don’t just limit yourself to Google! Search anywhere people can talk about you– online blogs, news sources, forums, social media sites, etc. Making a plan to ensure you control page one of Google’s results and other sites was the most important part of taking control of our online presence and turning our reputation around. If this seems too daunting or you find you don’t have the time manage Google’s first page of results, you may want to hire a reputation manager to help you get this fine tuned like we did.
Find love online can save a lot of wasted time and money than look for a date in bars and clubs. Many times someone will find an attractive person in a bar and get their phone number to set up a date. After a few days or weeks go by, you finally go out on a date. The date goes well so you decide to pursue this relationship further. You soon find out that the great person you met in the bar isn’t so great after all. You want kids but he doesn’t or he/she hasn’t fully gotten over their previous relationship. After all this courtship and time wasted, you are back to square one.
The difference here is the anchor text. This tells Google what your site is about. If a site Google trusts(like Wikipedia) links to your page with the anchor text of ‘pajamas’ (you heard me) it is the internet equivalent of a good recommendation. When someone asks Google for a site on ‘pajamas’, it will see what sites have been recommended as being about pajamas. So if you had linked ‘come see my pajamas here’ Google gets the wrong impression and thinks you are a site about ‘here’. Anchor text is important, and the more links you can obtain that are anchored properly, the higher you will move up the search engine ranks.
Chances are in your hunt you will land upon the very delightful Purse Forum that I have told you about in an earlier column. Along with its sister purse-a-holic blog, The Bag Snob, these sites will be your homes on the web probably forever. Move in and start familiarizing yourself with each page starting from the beginning. Trust me – it will pay off.
